Hei IL - Fotballgruppe was one of 61 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Fjord Line Cup Ungdom 2023. Three teams played until Final in Sluttspill A; Gutter 14 (født 2009) won over Åssiden IF by 2-1, Jenter 17 (født 2006) won over Kragerø IF Fotball Kragerø/Drangedal by 1-0 and J14 (f2009) / J15 (f2008) J15 (f 2008) lost against Kråkerøy IL J14 (f 2009) by 1-2.

In addition to this, Hei IL - Fotballgruppe have participated in Fjord Line Cup Ungdom before. During Fjord Line Cup Ungdom 2022, Hei - Fotballgruppe had one team playing in Jenter 17 (født 2005). The team in Jenter 17 (født 2005) made it to the the in Gruppespilland won it over Drammens BK by 7-0.

Hei - Fotballgruppe originates from Porsgrunn, which is the same city as where Fjord Line Cup Ungdom takes place. The area around PORSGRUNN does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Fjord Line Cup Ungdom 2023 (Fossum IF Skien, Brevik IL, Gulset IF, Storm BK, Åfoss og Omegn IL, Urædd FK, Herkules Fotball, Drangedal IL, Odds Ballklubb and Kragerø IF Fotball).
