In addition to the two Frogner teams, 18 other teams played in Gutter 16 (født 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Frogner IL 2 could be found in Group D together with Fossum IF Skien Fossum/Gjerpen 2, Fjellhamar 2 and Asker SKK.

Frogner IL 2 continued to Sluttspill A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Spydeberg IL with 5-6. In the Final, Fossum IF Skien Fossum/Gjerpen 1 won over Gjelleråsen 1 and became the winner of Sluttspill A in Gutter 16 (født 2008).
