In addition to the two Frogner teams, 18 other teams played in Gutter 16 (født 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Frogner IL 1 could be found in Group A together with Fjellhamar 1, Stange SK and Fossum IF Skien Fossum/Gjerpen 1.

Frogner IL 1 made it to Sluttspill B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Gjelleråsen 2 with 2-3. Thereby Frogner IL 1 finished second in G16 (f 2008) Sluttspill B during Fjord Line Cup Ungdom 2024.
